Support channel gives several pipe fixings a common rail. Threaded rod sets the drop on a suspended installation, and channel nuts connect the fixings to the chosen profile.

Options and uses

Support channel: Identify the width and depth of the profile. When extending an existing installation, a photo of the open end helps distinguish similar rails.
Threaded rod: Specify the thread size, length of each drop and required finish. Matching nuts and washers can be included on the same materials list.
Channel nuts and connectors: The nut has to fit the rail opening and the thread of the rod or bolt. A channel family or part number is useful when ordering replacements.
