Sleeves insulate bare pipe or replace damaged insulation. The bore fits around the copper and the wall thickness gives the depth of insulation. Both measurements matter when ordering.

Options and uses

Sleeves for new pipe: Unsplit sleeves can slide over an open length of tube. For pipe already in place, ask about split sleeves and the jointing method for that range.
Seams and joints: Match adhesive or joint tape to the insulation material. Follow the manufacturer’s joint detail so the vapour seal continues through the seam.
Outdoor coverings: An exposed run may need a weather-resistant covering. Describe what is already on the pipe if the new section needs to join an existing finish.

Copper outside diameter and required insulation thickness.
Metres of sleeve and number of joints or repairs.
Indoor or outdoor location, with a photo of any existing insulation.
